For rough or porous surfaces, it is best to apply a layer of adhesive to both parts. After application, firmly join the parts and hold them in place for approximately 5-10 minutes. The bond can be handled after approximately 15 minutes. The parts can be repositioned within 5 minutes of application, and the welded piece can be handled after approximately 15 minutes.
