Composed of an internal and external double layer in PE-xB cross-linked polyethylene (method B with silanes) bonded by means of a special adhesive to an intermediate layer in aluminum alloy welded longitudinally (butt TIG) and an insulating sheath in polyethylene (PE- LD) closed cell foam plus a PE-LD anti-scratch finishing film. The pipe guarantees a high level of malleability of the structure, complete barrier to oxygen, total hygiene and high resistance to corrosion thanks to the conduction of the fluid in the internal layer of PE-xB. Max working temperature: 95°C. Max peak temperature: 110°C. Max pressure at 95: 10 bar. Permeability to oxygen: 0 mg\/l. Roughness: 7 μm. Complies with UNI EN ISO 21003, DIN 4726 standards. Thermal conductivity of the coating at 40°C: 0.04 W\/mK. The insulation thicknesses of the pipes comply with Presidential Decree no. 412 of 93. The coated pipe is homologated to the DD.MM. dated 26 June 1984 and 3 September 2001.
